We set a 60-day long-term valid return period for all purchased goods. Within 60 days after you receive the goods, if you are not satisfied with the product, the product does not match the description or other eligible return situations occur, you can initiate a formal return application.

After we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm that the goods are intact and meet the return standards, we will complete the refund operation within 5 to 10 working days. All refunds will be settled in unified USD currency according to the original payment amount.

Before applying for return, please ensure that the returned products keep the original appearance, complete accessories and intact packaging, without man-made damage, use damage and secondary damage affecting secondary sales. Once the returned goods fail to pass the inspection, the return application will not be passed.
